Cooking aboard happens in the open galley so everyone can see what’s happening. The menus change daily depending what's available. Maybe a fishing boat might have some Calamari or fresh prawns and local fish is always too good to miss.

The fresh produce is fabulous, seasonal, full of texture and robust flavours. Local olive oil, basil, rocket and garlic are all easy to find and when you buy something like a tomato it tastes so natural and has such a pure flavour that it inspires you to cook!
